Length: 12 Weeks

Three months of programming, developed to maximize the outcomes you’re aiming for. Fully periodized for responsible training load and guided by two progression assessments along the way. Great if you are highly motivated, have a specific training goal, and/or benefit from longer term accountability partnership.

What’s Included

  • In-person consult (1hr)

  • Optional pre- and post-program movement assessment and analysis document (1-1.5 hr each)

  • Personalized program document based on your goals

  • Midpoint progression assessments at weeks 5 and 9

  • Twelve in-person training sessions (~1hr once per week during the program)

  • Optional virtual check-ins between sessions

Optional Add-Ons

  • Soft tissue preparation (30 mins), paired with in-person training ($25 // 35 // 45)

    • Mobilization, trigger point, stretching, prophylactic taping, and other modalities as needed

  • Nutrition consultation (30 mins) and meal planning support document ($40 // 50 // 60)

  • Partner training ($30 // 40 // 50 per additional person per hour)
