Let’s train together! These sessions are hourlong in-person sessions, hosted wherever your programming takes place. I travel to your work or building’s gym, meet you at the track or field, or we can use city facilities. Great if you have an existing program (from me or someone else), need support with motivation, form, or progressions, and/or benefit from live feedback.

Partner training ($30 // 40 // 50 per additional person per hour)
