Length: 8 Weeks
A two-month progressive program that builds a strong base for a long-lasting routine. The midpoint assessment allows for adjustment and progressions for the second half based on successes and challenges over the first four weeks. Soft tissue preparation (30 mins), paired with in-person training ($25 // 35 // 45)
Mobilization, trigger point, stretching, prophylactic taping, and other modalities as needed

Partner training ($30 // 40 // 50 per additional person per hour)
